All cancellations and refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the policy outlined below.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you may contact us by calling 042-111-000-837, emailing orders@theflowerstudio.pk
, or messaging us on the official WhatsApp number from which your order confirmation was received.
All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations, amendments, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
-Same-day orders, as preparation and processing begin immediately
-On the delivery date, once the order is in execution
-Perishable items once the product has been prepared or dispatched
-Orders containing perishable items where the product has already been made
-Customised products once the customisation process has commenced
-Orders placed during peak events, which are processed up to four (4) days prior to dispatch
-Orders successfully placed and paid for on our website
Once your cancellation or amendment request is received, we will confirm it via email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days from the date the cancellation notification is received.
Please note that The Flower Studio is not responsible for any order refused by the recipient. No refunds will be issued in cases where the recipient declines to accept the delivery for any reason.
