Do you have any delivery charges?
We do not charge any delivery fee for all orders in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. There is a small fee of PKR 600 payable for midnight deliveries. However, for deliveries to other cities we may charge a fee which is confirmed at the time of order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via debit/credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, Western Union/Wise/Remitly, Easypaisa/JazzCash etc
How long will delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available for eligible products ordered before 6 p.m. Pakistan time in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad, subject to product availability and delivery-area limitations. Some products require additional preparation time. For orders after 6 p.m., please contact our Client Relationship Team to check availability.

All our card transactions are processed by MasterCard Payment Gateway Services. MasterCard’s payment gateway is a simple, safe and smart way for processing Visa and MasterCard transactions
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes an invoice is emailed to you as soon as the order is placed.
