Unlike many other flower delivery services, we do not out outsource to third parties. The flower arrangements you choose are hand crafted by one of our expert florists and delivered in person by our uniformed trained delivery team.
This enables us to maintain quality and be in control of the order from the point of receiving the order to delivery.
2. Honest and integrity are the core values of our business
We deliver that is promised. What you see in the product description in terms of the number of stems, the type and origin of flowers and style is what we will deliver. Of course, there are situations when certain flowers are not available due to seasonal changes etc and in that case we substitute them with similar flowers of equal or higher value.
3. Sales & Customer Service
We understand that you may have some questions before placing the order or simply want to make some changes to the listed products (change colours, add more flowers etc). Our in-house team of expert florists is available on call/message or WhatsApp to help you with any queries.
We don’t keep our customers guessing, Our customer service team proactively keeps you updated with the real time status of every order on email and/or WhatsApp and also inform once the order has been delivered.

5. On time, Every time
We always deliver on time unless there are exceptional circumstances. Air conditioned vehicles are used to deliver your flowers/cakes/gifts in case we believe that the weather may cause harm to the items.
