We do not simply take your order and pass it to an unknown third-party vendor for fulfilment.

The Flower Studio has its own operations in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Faisalabad, with teams responsible for operations, floral and gift preparation, inventory and delivery.

Keeping these functions within our own operation gives us greater control over preparation, presentation and delivery. More importantly, it keeps the responsibility where it belongs - with us.

If our name is on the order, we believe the responsibility should be ours too.

2. Same-Day Delivery When You Need It

Not every special moment is planned days in advance. Sometimes you remember an anniversary in the morning. Sometimes there is good news to celebrate today. And sometimes you simply decide that someone deserves a surprise.

We offer same-day delivery in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Faisalabad for eligible products when an order is placed before 6:00 PM, subject to product availability and delivery-area limitations.

So even when the idea comes to you today, there is a good chance the gift can arrive today too.

3. Real People You Can Speak To

Online shopping should be convenient, but it should not feel impersonal - particularly when the order matters to you.

Our dedicated Client Relationship Team is available during designated customer-service hours to answer questions, assist with orders and help resolve concerns.

Whenever possible, our team also communicates with customers directly through WhatsApp after an order is received.
