Delivery & Product Policy
All floral products sold on this website are perishable, natural items. The lifespan and freshness of flowers vary depending on the species and environmental conditions.
As flowers are products of nature, occasional substitutions may be required due to temporary or regional availability constraints. Therefore, the final delivered product may differ slightly from the images displayed on www.theflowerstudio.pk. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that such variations may occur.
In the event of a substitution, our professional florists will ensure that the overall style, color palette, and theme of the arrangement are maintained. Any substituted flowers or products will be of equal or higher value.
Please note that we do not accept orders consisting solely of balloons or balloon-related items. The Flower Studio reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
Delivery Charges & Coverage
Free delivery is applicable only in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi on orders above PKR 1,950.

Delivery Timings & Scheduling
As orders are pre-scheduled, same-day deliveries are not guaranteed within the selected time slot. However, we make every effort to deliver as close to the requested time as possible. All orders will be delivered on the selected date, except in exceptional circumstances.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Orders placed after 5:30 PM cannot be guaranteed for same-day delivery and will be delivered on the next working day. For urgent same-day delivery requests after this time, please contact our team directly for assistance.
Delivery time slots are provided as a guideline only. Deliveries may occur slightly earlier or later depending on operational requirements.
Greeting Card Policy
The complimentary greeting card offer is applicable only on orders above PKR 1,950.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient details. Any delay or failure in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will not be eligible for a refund.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The Flower Studio shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, deliveries will be completed as soon as conditions permit.
Cancellations & Modifications
Requests for order cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Customers are required to contact us via the same WhatsApp number through which the order confirmation was received. Requests made through any other channel may not be entertained.
Orders that have already been dispatched or are en route to delivery cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the service or the delivered product, please contact us promptly so we may address and resolve the matter at the earliest.
Amendments to Terms
The Flower Studio reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
