Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations & refunds will be processed as per the below policy.

If for any reason you wish to amend or cancel your order, you can do so by calling us on 042-111-000-837 or by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please give 72 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

We regret that you may not be able to cancel or amend an order for:

  1. Perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or
  2. Customised goods if, at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.
  3. Orders during peak events which can be processed four days prior to dispatch.
  4. Once the order has been placed successfully on our website and payment has been made or deducted.

Once we have received your cancellation / amendment request we will confirm it via email. All refunds will be made within 14 working days of receiving the cancellation notification.

The Flower Studio is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item and will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item.
